no. this is not photoshopped. it’s a town called monsanto(interesting), an ancient settlement perched on the side of a mountain in the Portuguese countryside. it features tiny streets carved from rock and granite and houses squeezed between giant boulders. wow.

so apparently lauryn hill performed in london over the weekend and smashed it down. i know this isn’t the best footage but i love this rendition of “fugee-la” that she did. she continues to be my inspiration as an emcee and performer. she ROCKED it!! and she had fun at the same time.
